1900's Gothic 2 Piece Victorian Black Top Long Skirt w Bead Lace Trim Collar 32

Description

Great piece of history from early 1900's, a matching Lace collared sleeveless blouse with hook fastened closure and a long flowing subtly checkered or spotted black skirt, with sewn in liner slip.
The blouse appears to made of a silk blend with spotted fan print, possibly from asian fabric. Lace collar and shoulders are lined with a black zig zag beaded trim, (*Left shoulder is missing beaded trim).
Shoulders are meant to be tailored to shoulder dimension, and connect to back.
Clasp hook closure from bottom all the way up to collar. Interior shows the lovely hand sewn seamstress work with a candy striped crest liner, and red thread.
Skirt is made of similar fabric, with blossoming tapered waist, and heavy sewn in brown liner. Has simple pleated cut to create a subtle flowing style.
