I am an experienced machine knitter, so please feel free to ask questions as needed and I will do my best to answer.
Needles move well and only 2 needles are bent and need to be replaced. The bent needles are towards the end of the bed, so not a huge issue, but the set comes with 3 extra needles for replacing.
I noticed that the ribber is missing the grip/racking handle, so this will need to be purchased separately. I found them to be not more than . This is also not a necessary piece if you don't plan to do racking techniques and can be purchased later down the line.
The ribber attachment does not have a carrying case, but comes with a black zip-up bag (pictured in last photo).
