    Description

    This is a hand punch to create your own punch card patterns.  This punch is my favorite.  It has a built in safety feature. If the pin does not locate a hole the safety mechanism comes into operation and the punch will not punch a hole.   Saves from alot of mistakes that is made with other hand punches.  It also allows you to open the top of it if you need to drop a little oil into the pin or want to check the spring.
