What is TeraVita® SP-85?:
TeraVita® SP-85 is a soluble humate powder that contains a minimum of 85% humic acids. Humic acids are not a plant food. Humic acids may increase the availability of micronutrients.
TeraVita® SP-85 is 90% soluble in water. This enables the product to be applied dry or in a liquid form. When adding the powder to liquid tanks, thoroughly pre-mix the powder with water in a separate container before adding it to the final liquid tank.
TeraVita® SP-85 is compatible with most companion materials, except those with a very low pH (less than 3.0) It is not compatible with calcium nitrate. To be safe, an initial jar test is always recommended when mixing with companion materials for the first time.
Application Info & Rates:
Whenever possible, SP-85 should be applied in several smaller-dose applications rather than one large-dose application. It may be applied directly to the soil, mixed with granular fertilizers and soil amendments or mixed with liquid fertilizers. Whenever SP-85 is used with liquid materials, thoroughly pre-mix the desired amount of powder with water in a separate container before adding it to the final liquid tank.
SOIL APPLICATION: For direct soil applications, apply 2 - 10 lbs of SP-85 per acre per application. For the best results, apply at planting or prior to germination. Applications may be made every 4-6 weeks during the growing season.
IRRIGATION APPLICATION: Apply 2 - 10 lbs of SP-85 per acre per application. Applications may be made every 4 - 6 weeks during the growing season. The optimal concentration is 1 oz of SP-85 per 50 gallons of irrigation water.
FOLIAR APPLICATION: Apply 3 - 6 oz of SP-85 per acre per application. The optimal concentration is 1 oz of SP-85 per every 50 gallons of water to spray. When used in conjunction with any herbicide, insecticide or fungicide, always use 1 oz of SP-85 per 50 gallons of spray.
Storage
Must be stored in a closed/sealed package in a cool, dry & secure place.
Do not store near flammable materials
Do not store in a manner where cross-contamination with other pesticides, fertilizers, food or feed could occur
