Ruddell & Nancy Laconsello(Zuni) Set -- Bird Squash, Bracelet, and Earrings

Ruddell and Nancy Laconsello ------ Zuni Pueblo ---- Silversmiths and Jewelers.  Multiple Awards for Artisan Creations.
Masters of ability to combine silverwork with unique designs and diverse materials !!  One bracelet(similar to one shown)
is in the British Museum in England. Ruddell(b.1959) and Nancy(b.1952) -- husband and wife team -- Nancy cuts materials
for inlays, while Ruddell designs, cuts and polishes metal -- and does engraving and finish.  Nancy is from the Jake Haloo
family. Nancy and Ruddell began working together in 1976.  Mosaic inlay is one specialty.  Creations are featured in many
publications, and carried and sold in multiple well-known reputable galleries !!
"Squash Bird Necklace" ----  Naja and six(6) "squash" --- Each(7) feature a different bird depiction -- vivid colors !!!
Total weight = 6.4 oz.  Total length = 28 inches.  Finely done sterling silver beads in double and single strands.
Naja ----- length = 3 1/8 inches.   Width = 2 3/8 inches.  Six(6) "squashes" feature 2.0 inch width --- and height = 1.5 inches.
Note that naja features a vivid red Cardinal.  Base metal is highly polished Sterling Silver.
Inlays feature turquoise, coral, mop, jet, lapis, opal, malachite, sugilite, "golden mop", etc.
Bracelet ---------- features red Cardinal on Sterling Silver.  Weight = 1.2 oz.  Round disc presentation ---- diameter = 1.5 inches.
Inside circumference = 5 inches. Wrist opening = 1 1/8 inches --- but bracelet is easily flexible and adjustable !!
Inlays = malachite, coral, jet and mop.
Earrings --- pair(2).  Posts for pierced ears.  Each with red Cardinal.  Weight = 0.3 oz. for the pair.
Length = 1 1/8 inches.  Width = 5/8 inch.  Metal = Sterling silver.
