This item is pre-owned,  it has severe exterior damage on the arm itself. It shouldn't effect the functionality but it is noticeable.  It is (Stained, Marked, Discolored, Dirt Stained, and the arm was engraved and then sanded down.
This listing is only for what is shown in the pictures above, I don't know if it's missing any parts or pieces, what you see is what you get.
