This listing is for a 2009 Select Comfort Sleep Number 9000 Mattress cover.  This contains three pieces ONLY,  the bottom piece that hold the foam border panels, corner chambers and air chambers (not included); the middle piece which is two tiered.  It zips on the bottom piece, and holds the two layers of memory foam (not included).
This listing does NOT include any foam, plastic corners, pumps, base, or air chambers.
The third piece is the quilted top that zips on top of the second piece.
The entire mattress cover was sanitized, and wrapped in three separate plastic packages to maintain cleanliness.

This mattress is in used condition.  There are signs of use, marks, wear in mesh lining, please look at photos and watch the 7 minute video I have attached that outlines the condition of this mattress.  We will send instructions from Sleep Number's website on how to assemble this mattress cover.
This mattress comes from a pet loving home.  Please take that into consideration.

Shipping Terms:
*All freight shipments will be noted in the description as "freight shipment." If your PayPal confirmed shipping address is not a commercial address with loading dock then your item will be shipped to your local freight terminal where it will be held for you to pick it up. Sometimes we are able to ship items to residential address for an additional fee.
*We reserve the right to switch carriers for shipping.  We will message you to let you know the shipping carrier has changed and we will provide a tracking number that will be uploaded to eBay.
*Please note that calculated shipping is based on the delivery services listed. However, we reserve the right to ship for the same cost via FedEx or another carrier. We prefer to ship by FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
*Buyer agrees to pay for shipping and packaging fees listed in the eBay ad. International buyers please pay for shipping charges to your country. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
*Packages may be subject to signature upon delivery (in accordance with Ebay,  PayPal or other requirements). Please make arrangements accordingly. We may require signature upon delivery in some circumstances.
*The carrier will make attempts to deliver and will send the package back to us if delivery is unsuccessful. Buyer is responsible for charges for all returned and re-shipped packages.

We have tested this item and show it working in our pictures, but please be aware we are selling this item ?AS IS? and make no claims to the functionality of the item once it leaves our facility. We sell our equipment at a deep discount from the new price and want you to consider it as NOT WORKING regardless of the pictures so you understand that if you need a part like a thermostat, a screw, or something similar... we do not account for this.
If the item is free shipping it is included in the continental US.  For Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico there will be an extra surcharge.

Packaging:
All items are packaged to the shipping guidelines per carrier. Freight shipments are strapped to a pallet and cellophane wrapped. It may or may not have a frame around it and/or crate.
We may use recycled boxes and shipping materials occasionally; this is part of our environmental policy.

Returns:
When accepted, returns must be approved prior to items being shipped back. Items must be returned
within 14 days of delivery
. Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping (original and return charges). Item must be returned in the same condition it was sold in (example 'New," "Unopened," "Sealed," "working," etc.). All components and accessories included in original listing must be returned. Tracking information must be provided for return shipment. Insurance is required for return shipments. We will not be held responsible for damage during return shipment. Extra charges may apply to any returns that do not comply with these terms.
If your item includes free shipping and a return is accepted, the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. In some cases, we do accept returns, but not for a claim of "Item doesn't match the description" since we claim nothing towards the functionality.
