    A nice Registered Mail cover with an excellant "in use" example of
    an interesting mix of postage during the early days of
    post-Soviet
    Ukraine
    independence.   Use of a preprinted Soviet cover with
    additional provisional postage stamped on, and additional stamps added
    at the lower left corner, all cancelled with
    a Soviet (CCCP) cancelling tool.
    Cancel dated May 9, 1993 from Dubno and backstamped May 11 on
    arrival at destination in Varkovitchi.
