Unique Angel Blade Supernatural Artwork Brown n Blue Leather Steampunk Bracer Pr for adults who love Supernatural
is a unique accessory handmade by the seller for your archery needs but also serves as a finishing touch for your steampunk hunter or other cosplay adventurer’s look.  They are cut from lighter weight leather, wetted, lined with suede look cloth then form dried to create full size bracers for medium sized adults:  the shield shaped cut  leather measures 7.25” long at the apex,  with 4.75” long sides, and is 9” across the top,  and  6” wide at wrist while eight antique brass medium grommets,  4 on each side back pieces support the black, plastic tipped corset cord that tie the bracers on in a criss cross pattern, totally adjustable for many sizes and to be worn on bare forearms or over sleeves,  Please measure your own arm and wrist to get a better idea of how these bracers will fit you before ordering.
The bracers are line carved at about ¼” all around the entirety, and the body of each bracer is carved with a French curve temple into 4 fields  that mirror each other.  The top edge and one side of each bracer have an additional carved stripe about ¾” that has been dyed oxblood and the top diagonal field was tooled with a pebble texture pattern and dyed bison (very dark) brown.  The field below the texture  is a dark British Tan that only shows on one side, while the bottom of the bracers are curve carved approxiamately in half, then dyed  java brown  opposite the darker royal blue painted field.
These darker fields form the background for the oval cut, black lined contrasting saddle tan leather  plaque that show off the carved angel wings and angel blade which are inspired by the tv show Supernatural.  .  The art is from an original drawing by Denver artist Kevin  Greene and was adapted and resized by the leathercrafter. . .The beautiful wings and angel blade art was traced then  carved by hand into the ovals then darkened with black and painted silver, highlighted and shadow painted with several shades of browns, tans, and gold to make the tracing pop—the oval leather appliqué  artwork was then glued and stitched on with black waxed cord.  Because they are hand carved and painted, there are certain differences between the art on the bracers that gives the entire project  a warmth that just can’t be created by machines.
The bracers are reinforced with glued suede cloth backing to protect the stitching and to make the bracer more comfortable when worn over bare arm. Larger (and smaller) sizes, other colors  are available as custom work and will take up to a week to produce and could cost more, depending on the overall size of the bracer, the number of grommets needed to complete, and other factors to be figured .  Please ask about customization.
