Victorian Choice Dress size smal/medium worn once absolutely gorgeous. Condition is "Pre-owned".  Lovely bows and comes with a piece for around the neck. You can also purchase the netting for underneath that poofs it out at a discount of when buying the dress. It says size small, but it's a larger small, so a medium would likely be ok too.
