VICTORIAN DICKENS EDWARDIAN THEATER DRESS W JACKET & OVERSKIRT AQUA SIZE 12-14

Description

This is a very pretty Aqua dress made for me to wear at Dickens on the Strand in Galveston as a vendor.  I wore it several times.  The bottom of the skirt shows where it dragged on the ground while doing the show and shows some dirt.  The material is a brocade fabric and is unlined.  It is trimmed with a cotton blend fabric in shades of brown, beige and aqua.  It buttons up the front.  The waistline has two hooks and a button closure.  The waist is about 34 inches, bust is about 37-38 inches.  It comes with an overskirt made of the same material as the trim.  It ties inside and then buttons at the back.  I never wore the overskirt.  Really never could figure out how it went exactly.  It was handmade by a friend that does beautiful work.  I loved this dress and hate to let it go, but my old body prevents me from doing the shows anymore.  Buyer pays shipping.
