Victorian HTF Stiff Linen Girl's Collar Pleated Ruffle for Costumes - Old Stock

Here's a very rare vintage girl's or small woman's Victorian detachable collar, size 13, from old store stock. I think it's made of starched linen and it has tan and beige or off-white ruffle sewn on the lower edge. This was with some men's collars with printed dates of 1915, so it must be about 100 years old. In an Internet search, no other collars like this could be found!
This collar was with a box of things in my mother's home, and I know why the item is so well preserved... an old general store called Otto's went out of business in the 1960s and she bought vintage upholstery trims, buttons, and collars that she planned to resell. But the box was forgotten for 50 years! A few other items from this box are also listed in this eBay store.
