Waterproof outdoor brochure display box, realtors or business, never used

Description

This is a very substantial and well-made brochure display case, fronted with clear plastic, used typically outdoors by realtors and other businesses, to provide self-help access to literature promoting their sales activity.  It has a spring loaded lid with a prominent overbite to insure waterproof protection of contents.  Comes with two mounting nuts.  It is higher quality than most types available.  I purchased it new to be used in my son's Eagle Scout project, but he ended up making a display box in wood, so this went unused.
